Sometimes to accurately describe what
something is, it is helpful to start with what it is not. I am not a job
salesman…I’m a recruiter. My job is not to waste your time or ours to
“sell you” on a job in which you cannot be successful. I’m not interested
in warm bodies to throw out to the wolves. What I am interested in, however, is
finding and acquiring talented people who want to shape their career around
their life by working flexible hours. I’m interested in people who want to be
an advocate for local merchants in their community. I’m interested in people
